Remote help

Install RustDesk, then run the setup file. After that you only share your ID.

1. Install RustDesk

Download for Windows / Mac / Linux

2. Apply our server settings

Windows: download and double-click setup-rustdesk.bat (run as Administrator if asked).

Or in the app: Settings → Network → Unlock → paste this config with the clipboard icon:

3. Give help / get help

• Get help: leave RustDesk open and send your ID (left side of the app).
• Give help: type their ID and click Connect.
